By downloading, installing, or using Time Reaper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Time Reaper is a personal time tracking application that helps users monitor and reflect on time spent on various activities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions

• Time Reaper Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
• No refunds for partial periods.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

6. Intellectual Property

Time Reaper and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
